|Recommended: YesVery nice Complex — Is our 2nd year in La Aloma Apts and so far it has been good and just minor things to be attentive to but overall very nice
|Recommended: YesLike Home — I moved here because my last complex was horrible. I pay less here and I have way more space than I did at the other place. Everyone here is super kind and helpful, I haven't had any issues with this complex.
|Recommended: YesLa aloma apartment nice place to live. — I love the nice place and quiet place. The staff people are awesome. The ladies at the office such a great persons.
|Recommended: YesOverall Great For The Money — While there are some deficiencies in quality of the dwellings, I must say that this apartment is an amazing value for the money. They say, you get what you pay for. Here you get that and then some. All I need is a roof over my head and no roaches. I can say that this apartment exceeds these expectations. If you want all the “bells and whistles”, you will pay the price. I personally do not need all the luxuries. In short, I would totally recommend this place. For 1,100 for a two bed room is a steal.
|Recommended: YesIt's pretty nice — It's like you're living in an apartment but it's a nice apartment.
|Recommended: YesI think the property looks beautiful, and I see maintenance staff working hard to keep it looking great — The first day we moved in, we met Rick, one of the maintenance staff. My son was having a conversation about what can we plant or do as far as landscape. Rick came back and placed mulch and it looked amazing . My son said, I feel at home Thank you Jaime helps me with anything I need Mike and all the other maintenance staff have been so wonderful and have fixed and issues we have had. I can say after 5 months, this is my home and I am very content living here Thank you for all you do and making us feel at home
|Recommended: YesFor Full Sail students it is the most affordable place to rent. — It is a quiet a great place to live if you are a student at Full Sail. Water is included in the rent and it is the most affordable complex for students in the whole area. 100 recomended
|Recommended: YesGood apartment but... — Good place just neighbors being too noisy when I'm trying to sleep
|Recommended: NoIts fine. — you get a nice apartment above your head and its affordable.
|Recommended: YesLa Aloma Is A Great Place To Live — I recently moved down from NYC and La Aloma is an awesome place to live. Jamie was very helpful and answered back very quickly during our application and move in process. Also, till this day when we need assistance of any sort, she makes sure that our needs are met in a timely fashion. I think my family and I will be living here for a while until we decide to buy a house. I am proud and happy to say that I am a La Aloma Resident
|Recommended: NoNegative — I really liked this place when I first moved in and outside of our issues, it is a safe and quiet complex community, but too many issues with our apartment.
|Recommended: YesI believe it usba great community — yes
|Recommended: YesI think this apartment complex is the best one around — I love living there it is convenient to everything in the area as far as shopping highways to other places. The girls in the office Kerrie and Jamie are awesome. They really get on a personal level with tenants you are just just you are friends. My daughter goes to Full Sail around the corner and doesn't drive so this is perfect for her. The only thing I think they should do is assign parking spaces. I come there 2 to 3 times a year and have a rental or my own car and have had some difficulty finding a space close to my apartment. Other than that it is a great place to live.
|Recommended: YesNice apartments at a good, affordable price. — Overall 4 stars. Only complaint is that the apartment itself could've been in better condition. Too many things broken and not up to standard. Upon move in apartment was dirty, didn't look or smell clean. broken cabinet latches, bathtub coming apart, dirty carpet, break in freezer, front and back door don't seal all the way, etc.. Not stuff that's detrimental to it being habitable but the apartment should be up to a certain standard.
|Recommended: NoThey are horrible — my son was renting an apt for 2 years the first year it was a nice apt all by himself, 2nd year he decided to get roommate they transferred him to a crappy apt and towards the end his stove wasn't working for months and he put in a complaint 3 times and they never fixed it. When it came time for him to move they were not cooperative at all they didn't care all they care about is that you pay the rent on time. Shitty customer service.
