|Recommended: YesI do think that the property could use a facelift. — I feel like the property could use a facelift, at times the trash wash overwhelming It has gotten much better in the last two weeks. i think we could use a inclousre because we are in perfect view of the greenway... that looks bad. Otherwise, I really like living here. The staff is cordial. The maintenance staff does a good job.
|Recommended: YesYou get what you pay for. If you have a family and are in a tight budget, this is probably a good place for you. I felt safe while living here, but this building is very old so keep that in mind. I had a leak in my ceiling for months before it was actually fixed. Water is included but the water heater is so small the hot water only lasts for approx. 7 minutes. I recommend boiling pots of water if you want to take a bath. I never heard my neighbors which was a huge plus but the street noise is very transparent. Parking is hard to find if you work late since it is all open parking. The laundry rooms are a joke many times they are broken or take your money and then not work I recommend going to the laundry place next door. Overall I had an okay' experience.
|Recommended: YesI LIKE PROPERTY — AS OF THE DESIGN OF APARTMENT THERE IS A LOT OF WASTED SPACE, WITH A LITTLE RECONFIGURATION A WASHER DRYER CONNECTION COULD BE ACCOMMODATED.
THE KITCHEN LAYOUT SEEMS RUSHED AND NOT WELL THOUGHT OUT. THE KITCHEN LACK OF ELECTRIC SOCKETS KINDA SUCKS
MAKE SURE TO HAVE ALL ISSUES FIXED BEFORE RENTING SPECIALLY THE PAINTING AND THE FIXING OF DRY WALL.

|Recommended: YesAffordable and Quiet — La Aloma appliances are not up to date, but I personally do not need that. It covers all the necessities and is affordable. I love living here. The staff is nice and the neighbors are quiet.
Only cons are
-The laundry card refill is only located in the leasing office which is inconvenient when your work hours are the same and you need to refill your card.
- Back patio is shared with the neighbor. I like to sit outside but don' here because there is no privacy.
-There is a pet weight limit

but about the parking lot is very poor because you don't have a parking sign it with ur apt num and everybody can parked in whatever they want.

|Recommended: YesVery nice Complex — Is our 2nd year in La Aloma Apts and so far it has been good and just minor things to be attentive to but overall very nice
|Recommended: YesLike Home — I moved here because my last complex was horrible. I pay less here and I have way more space than I did at the other place. Everyone here is super kind and helpful, I haven't had any issues with this complex.
